It empowers clients to leverage their strengths and achieve their goals. Online sessions are £40 and can be delivered through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Face-to-face CBT and counselling

Face-to-face sessions can be adapted to meet the needs of anxious or neurodiverse clients. Adjustments may include pacing the session to the client’s comfort, providing a predictable structure, and creating a calm, low-stimulation environment. Sessions are tailored to support each individual’s strengths and preferences. Face-to-face sessions are £40.

Psychoeducation and group work

Through Counselling offers psychoeducation to help clients better understand their experiences and develop practical strategies for managing them. Topics include anxiety, neurodiversity, and related areas, providing information and tools that support self-awareness, coping, and personal growth. Sessions combine education with guidance to apply insights in everyday life.
