Meet Paul
The Therapist behind Through Counselling
Many people, including those who identify as neurodivergent, navigate a world that wasn’t built for them—experiencing overwhelm, burnout, masking, anxiety, phobias, and trauma. Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of neurodiversity, which helps inform my understanding of the challenges and strengths that can come with moving through a world that often expects people to fit a particular mould. Traditional therapy can feel rigid, expecting you to adapt rather than meeting your needs. I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based CBT tailored to you, including social skills support, emotional regulation, acceptance work, and strategies to shape your environment. My aim is to create a safe, flexible space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Services
Through Counselling provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tailored for anxiety, phobias, and neurodivergence. Drawing on specialist expertise across these areas, therapy is personalised to the individual — focused on building strengths, developing practical coping strategies, and enhancing overall well-being. The aim is to help clients achieve meaningful change and live boldly and authentically.
